About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Banking Services Advisor to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our ABS sector, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide sound banking advice to clients and achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with specialists in credit, mortgage financing, and customer service to deliver comprehensive solutions
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules
  • Identify opportunities to refer clients to specialist colleagues and drive business growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investment advisors, and external partners
Requirements
  • College diploma (DEC) or equivalent
  • Customer service experience
  • Proficiency in French and English (speaking and writing)
  • Positive attitude and empathy for clients
  • Team player
