Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investment advisors, and external partners.
- Provide sound banking advice and achieve sales targets through effective communication and product knowledge.
- Conduct daily follow-up activities to ensure client satisfaction and engagement.
- Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules, and advise clients on banking, financing, and onboarding needs.
- Identify opportunities for client growth and refer clients to specialist colleagues.
You will be part of a dynamic team of 8 Advisor Banking Services, 3 Experts, and will report to the Manager. Our team is known for its excellent customer service, relationship building, discipline, collaboration, and friendly atmosphere.

Requirements- Hold a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent.
- Have customer service experience.
- Be proficient in French and English (speaking and writing).
