About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Ainsworth team as a Maintenance Operations Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting routine inspections, performing preventative maintenance, and handling basic repairs and maintenance tasks.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have at least 3 years of experience in the maintenance field.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- 3+ years' experience in the maintenance field.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
