Job Summary

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team in driving business growth, increasing revenue, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for setting sales goals, developing strategies to meet those goals, and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve results.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to drive sales performance, identify opportunities, and close deals
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, expand market share, and improve customer relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales plans
- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to optimize sales processes and drive business growth
- Foster strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and develop solutions that meet their expectations

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in sales leadership or management roles
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and team performance
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
