Requirements:

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, along with at least 5 years of progressive experience in an employer with multiple bargaining units. Experience in a manufacturing facility is an asset. Additionally, strong analytical skills, excellent communication, self-awareness, and the ability to listen and integrate feedback into operations are essential. A strong belief in continuous improvement and the ability to understand market trends and drive business decisions are also required.
