Nail Salon Supervisor Job Description

P&M Cure Nails is seeking a skilled Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nail salon, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and Coordinate: Schedule events, programs, and activities to ensure smooth salon operations.
  • Supervise and Train: Supervise and train staff to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and customer service.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain a well-stocked salon.
  • Monitor and Improve: Monitor quality and production levels, and implement measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Client Focus: Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, initiative, organized, reliability, and team player.
