Food Service Supervisor

At OM-Kitchen Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy kitchen.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation staff to ensure seamless service.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply needs to ensure we have the necessary resources to meet our menu demands.
- Hire and manage a team of food service staff to provide exceptional customer service.
- Ensure quality control of food and service to meet our high standards.
- Prepare budgets and cost estimates to ensure we are operating within our means.
- Address customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our business decisions.
- Prepare food order summaries for our chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely service.
