Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At Synergy Erin Ridge Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in food service management
  • Proven track record of success in supervising and training staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment:

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of experienced staff. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
