CB Canada is looking for a skilled Senior HRIS Analyst.

About the Role:

As a Senior HRIS Analyst at CB Canada, you will be involved in the organization's HRIS strategy, system updates, releases, reporting, business requirement analysis, and business process design, mainly working with our Workday system. There is a strong emphasis on payroll and compensation experience for this position. You will be working with multiple internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HRIS strategies to meet business needs
  • Maintain and improve the Workday system
  • Design and implement reporting and analytics solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet business requirements
  • Provide expertise on payroll and compensation

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience with HRIS administration, preferably with Workday experience
  • Working knowledge of payroll and compensation
  • Team player with a great attitude
  • Ability to work from our Burnaby office 2 times a week

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Candidates who are currently in Vancouver with proper working permission to work in Canada
