About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Lifemark Health Group. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality mental health services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement evidence-based mental health programs for various client groups
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and provide individual and group treatment for conditions such as anxiety, trauma, depression, and substance misuse
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals and interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
  • Contribute to in-house training sessions and case discussions to enhance team knowledge and skills
  • Participate in program outcome evaluations to inform service development and improvement
Requirements
  • Master's Degree or Ph.D. in Psychology from an accredited university
  • Current registration in good standing with the NSBEP - Nova Scotia Board of Examiners in Psychology
  • Individual professional liability insurance required at time of employment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience conducting psychological assessments and providing evidence-based treatments
  • Ability to work in interdisciplinary teams and with third-party payers
  • Experience with telehealth/virtual care methods
