Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, provisional diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up to an addiction and mental health population.
- Collaborate with healthcare and community service providers to ensure a continuum of addiction and mental health care in the community.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Nursing, or Psychiatric Nursing.
- Active or eligible for registration with the applicable Alberta regulatory college.
- Previous experience in Addiction and Mental Health or equivalent services is preferred.
