Join Our Team as a Digital Designer

We're seeking a talented Digital Designer to join our design team, reporting to the Design Team Leader. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in bringing our design studio's projects to life.

In this role, you'll have a direct impact on innovative and spectacular concepts, working at the forefront of shaping products at the digital 3D shaping stage.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Create digital styling models from sketches or preliminary 3D files using Alias Surface software.
  • Develop proportions, refine surface quality, and propose alternatives to designers.
  • Participate in the styling development of recreational vehicles and/or their accessories.
  • Integrate technical and ergonomic envelope parameters.
  • Prepare 2D presentation material and real-time 3D visualization using VRED Design software.
What We're Looking For:
  • A bachelor's degree in transportation design or product design.
  • Training as a digital sculptor, digital designer, or surface modeller using Alias Surface software.
  • Experience designing vehicles or products with complex shapes.
  • The ability to communicate in French and English to collaborate with our external teams.
Advanced Knowledge:
  • Proportions, mass/volume, dynamics, and silhouette.
  • Knowledge of light and shadow principles and parallax effects.
  • Knowledge of design trends and surface treatments.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest digital modelling methodologies.
