**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Keyholder to join our team at DECIEM. As a Keyholder, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
- Determine customer needs and suggest relevant products by listening to their needs and sharing product knowledge acquired during brand training.
- Ensure standards for quality, customer service, and health and safety are met.
- Act as floor supervisor in management's absence to ensure store procedures and steps of the experience are being followed.
- Assist in the onboarding, training, and development of new employees.
- Manage customer feedback and queries.
- Assist in maintaining store standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Be aware of and assist in maintaining DECIEM's merchandising concepts.
Requirements:
- Love of beauty products and a passion for skincare.
- Comfortable in engaging customers and applying products with the customer while providing consultations.
- Ability to multi-task, while providing professional and outstanding customer service.
- Desire to thrive working in a team environment.
- Effective time management and communication skills.
