Job Title: Financial Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Officer to join our team at Ont Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Transactions: Manage the company's financial transactions, including payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers, journals, and ledgers.
  • Accounting Software: Utilize accounting software to manage financial transactions, prepare financial reports, and maintain financial records.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or related field.
  • Skills: Proficient in accounting software, including QuickBooks and MS Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Language:

The official language of the workplace is English.

Hours of Work:

30 to 44 hours per week.
