About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Student Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Great Tiger (KW Edu Consulting). As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for advising clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies, answering written and oral inquiries, and assisting in the preparation of marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies to attract top talent
  • Answer written and oral inquiries from clients and stakeholders
  • Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other marketing materials
  • Coordinate special publicity events and promotions to engage with clients and prospects
  • Gather, research, and prepare communications material to support recruitment efforts
  • Prepare and/or deliver educational, publicity, and information programs, materials, and sessions to clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • College/CEGEP degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Client-focused and efficient interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and initiative to adapt to changing priorities
  • Organized and able to work independently
  • Team player with excellent judgment and decision-making skills
