Food Service Team Lead

Ricky's All Day Grill is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our kitchen team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service area.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of kitchen staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide guidance and training to staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties.
- Manage Inventory and Supplies: Ensure that inventory levels are maintained and that supplies are ordered in a timely manner.
- Maintain Quality Control Standards: Ensure that food and service meet the highest quality standards.
- Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for food, supplies, and labor.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
- Security and Safety: Basic security clearance.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, and team player.
