Gas Station Operations Manager

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to manage the day-to-day operations of our gas bar. As a Gas Station Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, including staff management, inventory control, customer service, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and control daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling staff and managing inventory.
- Manage staff, providing coaching and training to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and adjust merchandise and services accordingly.
- Determine pricing and credit policies, ensuring that they align with company goals and objectives.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, ensuring that the business remains profitable.
- Determine staffing requirements and make recommendations for hiring and training.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- College diploma or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the retail industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and suppliers.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills.
- A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
