Key Responsibilities:- Supervise Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales workers, apprentices, and design team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assign Sales Workers: Effectively allocate tasks and duties to ensure seamless operations and maximum productivity.
- Hire and Train: Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet the needs of our retail store.
- Authorize Returns: Process customer returns and exchanges in a fair and efficient manner.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to meet business needs and ensure adequate staffing.
- Sell Merchandise: Provide excellent customer service and promote sales of our products.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
- Organize Inventory: Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure efficient stock management.
- Supervise and Coordinate: Oversee the activities of workers and ensure seamless operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Setting: Retail service establishment.
- Tasks: Supervise staff, assign sales workers, hire and train, authorize returns, establish work schedules, sell merchandise, resolve issues, organize inventory, supervise and coordinate.
- Supervision: 3-4 people.
