About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Director to join our team at 2628340 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our financial operations and ensuring the company's financial health and stability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to achieve company goals
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Financial Reporting and Compliance
    • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws
  • Financial Management
    • Oversee the management of cash, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
    • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective financial operations
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead and manage a team of financial professionals to achieve company goals
    • Develop and implement training programs to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in a financial leadership role
  • Skills
    • Strong financial planning and analysis skills
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Working Conditions

This is a permanent full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will have a basic security clearance and be able to work in a team environment.
