About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at A&M Canadian Immigration Law Corporation. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our law firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our team, including coordinating schedules, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
    • Ensure the smooth operation of our office, including maintaining accurate records, managing files, and performing data entry tasks.
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Respond to inquiries and provide excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
    • Communicate effectively with our team members, clients, and external partners.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
    • Manage our office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Recruitment and Training
    • Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job ads and screening candidates.
    • Develop and implement training programs for our staff.
