Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and expanding a designated sales region, with a focus on growing sales and profit margins through analyzing individual customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and onboarding of new customer accounts
- Executing on sales strategy and territory management, planning a sales approach customized with individual customers
- Establishing a personal relationship with the customer, to better understand their needs and requirements
- Reviewing weekly/monthly reports with the store manager and assisting with any opportunities that may arise
- Minimizing accounts receivable problems by monitoring accounts for compliance with credit terms and following up on any problems
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED
- A valid Driver's License and clean driving record
- Must own a reliable vehicle with current insurance
- 1-3 years of previous experience in a customer-facing role
