Job Title: Architect or Senior Architectural Designer

ZO1 Architects is a progressive architectural firm specializing in small to large-scale, high-density and multi-phase developments from concept design to construction completion. We are a group of passionate architects who have extensive design and development experience in the Greater Toronto Area.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop façade and master plan designs for residential and commercial projects
  • Collaborate with consulting engineers and landscape architects to ensure compliance with Ontario Building Code (OBC) and urban design principles
  • Prepare design drawings and presentations for rezoning and SPA submissions
  • Communicate with clients, consultants, and internal team members to ensure project deadlines are met
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in architectural design, focusing on façade and master plan design in Ontario/GTA context
  • Successful graduation from an Architecture program, with support for OAA licensure
  • Proficient in Revit, Enscape, and Photoshop
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
