We are seeking a skilled Business Operations Analyst to join our team at Kumaran Systems. As a Business Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in helping our clients address quality and productivity issues, navigate regulatory and operational pressures, and ensure business sustainability by transforming their banking operations into an agile, resilient operating model.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver core banking solutions for applications that process the essential functions of banks, including account management, interest calculations, cash deposits and withdrawals processing, customer management, and product management.
- Build an ecosystem of products and assets around these platforms, including Bancs, Finacle, Finastra, Pega, nCino, and other core banking platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
- Analyze and solve lower-complexity problems, with limited exposure to clients and/or management.
- Contribute to the development of business cases, proposals, and presentations to support business growth and expansion.
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Proven experience in Lending Operations and end-to-end Loan servicing support.
- Knowledge of AFS's vision is an added advantage.
