Our Product

Our AI-powered conversational platform enables users to interact with AI characters in a dynamic and immersive way. Users can engage in text and voice conversations, request pictures, and even design their own AI companions using image-generative models and custom prompts.

Your Role

The Ethics and Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring that our organization operates within relevant laws and regulations, adhering to ethical standards. This role involves developing, implementing, and managing compliance programs, policies, and procedures to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper content from being created on our platform.

Main Responsibilities
  • Uphold ethical and compliant AI-based content creation, balancing freedom for fantasy and role-play with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance within our high-risk environment, safeguarding the organization from legal and payment processing risks.
  • Mitigate risk by identifying, assessing, and managing compliance risks, particularly for borderline content.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Excellent understanding of ethical and compliance-related topics in adult entertainment/dating environments worldwide.
  • Soft Skills: Emotional resistance to viewing and evaluating adult content, ability to apply defined concepts in new environments, strong organizational and time management abilities, effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Similar position with a major international adult entertainment/dating network.
  • Experience with hands-on content moderation.
