- Communication: Serve as a liaison between our office and other departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports as required, including financial reports, inventory reports, and other administrative reports.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking supplies, equipment, and other assets.
- Budgeting: Assist in the preparation of our operating budget, including tracking expenses and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
