EHS Advisor

Aecon Concessions, a Canadian leader in infrastructure development, is seeking an EHS Advisor to join our best-in-class team. As an EHS Advisor, you will play a critical role in promoting a health, safety, and environmental culture within the organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting employee health and safety orientations, site-specific safety orientations, and training employees in various areas such as fall protection, confined space entry, traffic protection, and WHMIS. Additionally, the EHS Advisor will coordinate training sessions, develop workplace plans, inspect project facilities, and assist with workers' compensation claims.

• Strong knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations for Construction Projects
• Experience in the Electrical Utility Industry, both Aerial and Underground aspects
• Ability to travel to different job sites and sometimes stay overnight
• Champion of inclusion and diversity
• Adaptable to flexible work schedules

Aecon Concessions offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a retirement savings plan.
