About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Manager to join our team at Google Cloud. As a key member of our Mandiant Proactive Services team, you will be responsible for leading advanced Red Team operations, Application Security assessments, and penetration tests.

Your primary focus will be on managing consulting engagements, providing subject matter expertise, and project management experience to serve as the point person for engagements. You will also assist with scoping prospective engagements, participating in engagements from kickoff through completion, and mentoring less experienced staff.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will be responsible for identifying, marketing, and developing new business opportunities, supervising staff, and providing feedback and coaching to grow their technical and consulting skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage consulting engagements, with a focus on advanced Application Security assessments, Red Team operations, and penetration tests.
  • Assist with scoping prospective engagements, participating in engagements from kickoff through completion, and mentoring less experienced staff.
  • Identify, market, and develop new and pull-through business opportunities.
  • Supervise staff, provide feedback and coaching, and grow their technical and consulting skills.
  • Travel up to 20% of the time as required.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of CAD 178,000-218,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
