Job Title: Cybersecurity Manager

Scotiabank is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Manager to join our team. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of cybersecurity strategies and policies to protect our organization's assets and data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies and policies to protect our organization's assets and data
  • Lead the development and implementation of incident response plans and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks
  • Provide technical guidance and support to cybersecurity team members
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging cybersecurity threats and technologies
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a cybersecurity role
  • Post-secondary education or a minimum of 5 years of professional work experience
  • Advanced communication skills in English; Spanish is an asset
  • Familiarity with working in large professional organizations
  • Understanding of basic computing, networking, and cybersecurity concepts
