Job Title: Shoe Co. Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-time Supervisor to join our team at The Shoe Co. in Prairie Mall. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for leading by example, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assume a leadership role and provide coaching and feedback to team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Facilitate a positive and inclusive store environment that fosters customer connections and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business results and implement operational excellence.
  • Open and close the store proficiently and maintain effective communication with the Store Manager.

Requirements:

  • Open, approachable, and outgoing attitude when interacting with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong willingness to assist customer needs.
  • Motivated and driven to achieve results in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Ability to work efficiently and adapt to change.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of scheduled shifts, including closing shifts and weekends.
