Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Supervisor to join our team at The Shoe Co. in Prairie Mall. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for leading by example, coaching and developing your team, and driving sales growth through exceptional customer service and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assume a leadership role and provide guidance to the sales floor team to achieve business results.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Facilitate a shopping experience that encourages uniquely responsive customer service, compelling merchandise presentation, and operational integrity.
  • Coach and provide feedback to team members to achieve segment success.
  • Foster teamwork, collaboration, and change advocacy within the store and district.
  • Maintain effective, open lines of communication with the Store Manager.
  • Open and close the store proficiently.

Requirements:

  • Open, approachable, and outgoing attitude when interacting with customers and co-workers.
  • Excellent customer service and strong will to assist customer needs.
  • Motivated and driven to achieve results.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Openness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to change.
  • Ability to assume a variety of scheduled shifts, including closing shifts and weekends as required.
