About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Training Specialist to join our team at GTT, LLC. As a critical member of our training initiatives, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs for Justice Video Network (JVN) technologies.

Your primary responsibility will be to equip end-users with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively utilize these technologies, ensuring seamless adoption and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Program Development: Coordinate and lead the development of training programs, including e-learning modules, manuals, and on-site/virtual training sessions.
  • Training Delivery: Deliver high-quality training to JVN end-users, guaranteeing effective knowledge transfer and optimal understanding.
  • Business Analysis: Conduct thorough business requirement analysis and user needs assessment to inform training program design and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • User Acceptance Testing: Coordinate and assist with the development and execution of user acceptance testing to validate training program effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Training Expertise: 10+ years of experience in adult training and instructional design, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact training programs.
  • Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of audio and videoconferencing technology, both hardware and software, to effectively support training delivery.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and facilitation skills to engage and motivate learners.
  • Technical Writing: Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging training materials that cater to diverse learning styles.
  • E-Learning Development: Experience with Adobe Captivate or similar e-learning authoring tools to create interactive and immersive training experiences.
  • Public Sector Experience: Proven experience working in a public sector environment, with a deep understanding of its unique challenges and opportunities.
Salary and Benefits

This senior-level position comes with an estimated salary range of C$300 - 390 per day, reflecting your exceptional expertise and experience. You will also enjoy a hybrid work arrangement, with 7.25 hours per calendar day, Monday to Friday, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.
