Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Front Desk Hospitality Manager to oversee the front desk operations at our motel. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask efficiently, and possess a strong understanding of customer service principles.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Staff Management: You will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising staff members to ensure seamless front desk operations.
- Customer Service: You will provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints, resolving issues, and ensuring that all guests feel welcome and supported.
- Administrative Tasks: You will perform various administrative tasks, including scheduling, managing room inventory, and handling financial transactions.
- Front Desk Operations: You will be responsible for managing the front desk, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Collaboration: You will work closely with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure smooth hotel operations.
Requirements:
- Education: A college diploma or equivalent experience in hospitality management is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1-7 months of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and a strong understanding of customer service principles.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Central Reservation Systems (CRS).
