Job SummaryThis permanent full-time position is responsible for supervising laboratory staff and coordinating daily activities for the designated laboratory site. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Supervise and direct laboratory staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Coordinate work flow within the department, including distributing tasks, disseminating information, and assigning staff to cover absences.
- Perform supervisory duties, including reviewing work performance, motivating staff, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to address problems.
- Evaluate and monitor internal and external quality control data, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards, documenting and updating staff on changes to established safety policy and procedures.
We offer a competitive salary range of $47.34 - $59.15 per hour, plus shift premiums. Additional benefits include generous relocation assistance, employer-paid vacation, insurance, and education opportunities.
