Job Title: IT Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team at JTI. As an IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting a proportion of our geographically distributed team's portfolio of applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and support a proportion of our geographically distributed team's portfolio of applications.
  • Work with colleagues to standardize and drive efficiency.
  • Broaden technical and delivery skills using tools such as Sales solutions, B2B Platforms, Freedom within a Framework, Data management, and ERP.
  • Involved in projects to localize and roll out centralized systems, including detailed planning and execution.
  • Engage with business stakeholders and D&IT partners to explore capability improvements or ensure clear understanding of new capabilities requirements.
  • Support the D&IT demand process to deliver new solutions as planned in the roadmaps.
  • Review technology successes in JTI and external environment, bringing to the attention of Business partners to explore innovation within the virtual team's remit.
Requirements:
  • University Degree in Computer or Technical Science or strong IT background.
  • 2+ years' experience in the IT discipline.
  • Good working knowledge of business and related processes in FMCG industry.
  • Field Sales Solutions, Online Sales, Loyalty, and payment systems, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Data Lake and Data Warehouse technologies, Business requirements analysis, Exposure to solutions design and architecture, Project implementation and administration support.
