About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Global IT Solutions. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confer with clients to identify their requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Design and develop information systems business solutions using Agile methodologies and tools such as Workday and MS Office.
  • Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery to ensure the highest level of quality and security.
  • Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches and ensure business continuity.
  • Conduct tests to ensure the quality and functionality of our solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools such as Workday and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Windows, SQL, and MS SQL Server.
