We're seeking a skilled Retirement Benefit Testing Analyst to join our team at CAAT Pension Plan. In this role, you'll be responsible for reviewing requirements for all modifications to our system, developing plans to test any pension system modifications, and documenting promotion procedures.

As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our senior pension system testing analysts and team lead to determine the impact of requests on the pension system. You'll also be responsible for designing and documenting the architecture of the testing environment, including maintenance schedules, data refreshes, and software updates.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a minimum of a College Diploma and at least 5 years of experience working with pension or benefit data. Strong comprehension of pension calculations and defined contribution or defined benefit plans is highly desirable.
