Job Title: Food Service Attendant
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a Food Service Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following health and safety protocols, cleaning equipment and utensils, and disposing of waste properly.
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals, including meeting sales targets and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment an asset.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
