Tenent Restaurant is seeking an experienced Food Service Supervisor to lead our restaurant team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely manage inventory levels and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Train new staff members on job duties, company policies, and best practices.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment by ensuring all equipment and facilities are well-maintained and in good working order.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or relevant industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with staff, customers, and management.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
