Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Bake mixed dough and batters to produce high-quality baked goods.
  • Frost and decorate cakes and pastries to meet customer standards.
  • Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient production.
  • Package products for distribution and sale.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a bakery or food production environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to handle dough and baking equipment.
  • Ability to distinguish between colors and attention to detail to ensure quality products.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
