Marketing Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team at Joyplus Immigration Consulting Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and be able to develop and implement effective communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Communication Strategies: Create and implement marketing plans to promote our services and attract new clients.
  • Evaluate Communication Strategies and Programs: Analyze the effectiveness of our marketing efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare Written Material: Write and edit reports, briefs, website content, and other marketing materials.
  • Publicize Activities: Promote our events, workshops, and other activities through various channels.
  • Perform Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative duties such as data entry and record-keeping.
  • Recruit and Hire Staff: Assist with the recruitment and hiring process for marketing staff.
  • Assist in the Preparation of Marketing Materials: Help prepare brochures, reports, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Coordinate Special Publicity Events: Plan and execute special events and promotions to promote our services.
  • Prepare and Deliver Educational Programs: Develop and deliver educational programs, materials, and sessions to promote our services.
  • Design Market Research Questionnaires: Create questionnaires to gather market research data.
  • Develop Portfolio of Marketing Materials: Create a portfolio of marketing materials to showcase our services.
  • Conduct Online Marketing: Develop and implement online marketing strategies to promote our services.
  • Deliver Presentations: Deliver presentations at conferences, workshops, or symposia to promote our services.
  • Maintain Digital Database: Maintain and manage our digital database to track client interactions.
  • Write and Edit Press Releases: Write and edit press releases, newsletters, and communications materials.
  • Copywrite: Create engaging copy for marketing materials.
  • Consult with Clients: Provide ongoing support to clients after the sale.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in marketing.
Working Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
