Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer to join our IBM team. As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop software solutions using agile methodologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products
  • Work with clients to understand their needs and develop customized software solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest software development technologies and trends

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ years of experience in software engineering
  • Experience with GitHub, Travis, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, Linux or Unix-based OS
  • Experience with public and private cloud-based application development
  • Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to evaluate and adopt the latest technology stack independently and proactively
  • Passion for software development

Preferred Skills

Knowledge in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, trained in design thinking, and experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Docker are highly desirable.

Location

Must have the ability to work in Canada without sponsorship. This role will involve working with technology that is covered by Export Regulations sanctions.
