Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and efficient Food Counter Attendant to join our team at SUBWAY Restaurant. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize all equipment, utensils, and surfaces to maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for customers.
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas to ensure a seamless service experience.
  • Package take-out food and prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands.
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars to maintain a high level of inventory and prevent stockouts.
  • Take customers' orders and use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs to meet customer demands.
  • Handle and store cleaning products and receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas to maintain a high level of organization and efficiency.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
