Join Our Team: Sales & Design Associate

Are you a motivated individual with excellent communication skills? Do you enjoy working with people and providing exceptional customer service? We are seeking a Sales & Design Associate to join our team at Floor Coverings International.

About the Role
We are looking for a self-motivated and independent individual who is not afraid to work hard. As a Sales & Design Associate, you will be responsible for going out to client's homes and meeting with them regarding their flooring project. You will also be required to follow our Sales System using our tablet, laptop, and software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with clients to discuss their flooring needs and provide expert advice.
  • Use our Sales System to ensure a seamless and efficient process.
  • Act as the single point of contact for clients and coordinate installation time and communication schedule with our Office Manager.
  • Communicate client needs and expectations to our Install Manager to ensure smooth job execution.
  • Maintain customer relationships and develop key referral sources to generate ongoing business.
