As a Registered Nurse with Interior Health Authority, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of clinical settings, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Your expertise will be essential in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating client care, ensuring the delivery of client-centered care that meets the unique needs of each individual.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to clients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement effective care strategies
• Work with clients and their families to address changing health care needs and promote health and well-being
• Stay up-to-date with the latest nursing science and related content from other sciences and humanities to inform practice
About this Role:
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with a variety of shift options, including days and nights. You will work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals, including hospitalists, respirologists, internal medicine specialists, oncologists, gastroenterologists, and general surgeons. Our team is committed to providing high-quality patient care and promoting a positive work environment.
About this Location:
This role is based in a 20-bed General Medical floor with a team nursing mix of RNs and LPNs. You will work closely with transition liaisons, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and social workers to provide comprehensive care to clients.
