Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dining room, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain efficient work schedules to meet business demands
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation and service staff
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports as required
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent position
  • 30 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
