About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a LP8/LP7R Commissioning & Start-up Analyzer Lead. You will be responsible for leading the development of Analyzer Commissioning and Start-up Procedures & Binder, supporting maintenance representatives, and collaborating with reliability engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of Analyzer Commissioning and Start-up Procedures & Binder.
- Support Maintenance representatives for Spare Part Interchangeability Record (SPIR) review for Analyzer MST and setup stocking quantity aligning with ERS and site requirements.
- Review of Analyzer Equipment Protection Plan and participate in field audit throughout construction phase.
- Develop the Predictive & Preventative Maintenance Program (PPM) for Analyzer equipment.
- Collaborate with Reliability Engineer for Equipment Reliability Strategy implementation.
- Support in setting up C&SU database in Provenience for Analyzer.
- Work with Maintenance representatives to setup plan for Analyzer C&SU resources.
- Lead Analyzer equipment commissioning activities.
- Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) for Process Analytical Measurement Centers (PAMC), Analytical Free Standing Enclosures (AFSE) and Analyzer Free Standing Racks (AFSR).
