Executive Sales Director - Corporate Partnerships
About the Role:This is a key leadership position within our organization, responsible for leading and developing high-performing sales teams to achieve revenue growth targets. The successful candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform strategy and drive results
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in a sports or entertainment industry setting
- Demonstrated track record of achieving revenue growth targets and building high-performing sales teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute complex sales plans
- Results-driven individual with a strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines
$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience
