Rehabilitation Assistant Opportunity

Lifemark Seniors Wellness is seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Assistant to support our team in providing exceptional care to seniors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist supervising Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists in the treatment of senior residents.
  • Perform various treatments as prescribed and directed by the supervising Physiotherapist.
  • Conduct exercise classes and maintain a safe and tidy treatment area.
  • Communicate effectively with PT/OT regarding resident status and treatment interventions.
  • Complete daily treatment records as directed.
Requirements:
  • Rehabilitation Assistant/Exercise Therapist/Physical Education academic background.
  • Previous experience in a Seniors' care setting is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and reliability skills.
  • A valid Vulnerable Sector screening check.
