Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Accolade Group Inc. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and Processing
    • Receive and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality
    • Process and store inventory in a timely and efficient manner
  • Inventory Management
    • Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
    • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet business needs
  • Shipping and Fulfillment
    • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
    • Load and unload shipments to ensure safe and secure transportation
  • Warehouse Maintenance
    • Ensure a safe and clean working environment
    • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience
    • Will train
  • Skills
    • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (over 45 kg/100 lbs)
    • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
