We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team at CC&L Financial Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our AUM, Billing, and Cash Flow operations, ensuring the smooth execution of our financial strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Knowledge: You will possess a strong understanding of financial principles, including financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. A degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics is required, with a CA designation, CFA Program, or MBA being considered an asset.
- Experience in Leading Teams: With a minimum of three years' experience in a back-office or administrative environment in the financial services industry, you will have a proven track record of managing teams, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: You will be able to think logically and solve problems effectively, working efficiently under pressure and maintaining strict deadlines.
- Curiosity for Learning: You will have a desire to learn processes and improve operational efficiencies, driving continuous improvement within our organization.
- Collaborative Communication: As a collaborative team player, you will foster effective teamwork and communication, ensuring seamless collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Relationship Building: You will have a track record of building strong working relationships with various stakeholders, including Chiefs and Managing Directors.
- Excellent Communication Skills: You will be able to disseminate information effectively to colleagues and key stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise communication.

The base salary range for this position is $90,000 – 105,000 annually, plus a competitive performance bonus. Compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
